Loadex hire provide earthmoving equipment and construction machinery hire to its customers, most notably Kobelco excavators and Komatsu loader products. Loadex Hire is committed to providing its customers with the safest, most reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible plant and machinery hire equipment in its class.
Lodex Hire were after a reliable system and internet connection to ensure they were able to operate their business without interruptions. They also needed an internet solution in place as they had moved site.

Solution

Inter Intra first connected the site with a fixed wireless NBN connection as that was the only option for the location of the site. The team then migrated their data to an AWS terminal server liaising with third party software companies that Loadex used to build the server around the software they used to ensure the system would be compatible. The site was also migrated to office 365 which has simplified the management of emails and office application. Loadex Hire has now been successfully operating in an AWS environment for over the past 2 years.

BTG contacted Inter Intra looking to expand their IT team with the option to have a rotation of technicians to work in the same role so that they always have someone available on their global helpdesk.

Inter Intra have been supplying onsite staff outsourcing to BTG over the past 3 years. We have had a rotation of our very own trained staff onsite full time providing support to their local team and global helpdesk. Having more than one technician trained at that site means we can rotate our team and still deliver the same level of support to the staff.

LJ Hooker St Peters were looking to move their on-premise servers to a cloud environment to ensure their data was secure and accessible at the office and on the go. They also were after a reliable system that would be easy to manage and grow as their business would.

Solution

Inter Intra migrated their onsite servers to AWS, migrating Gigabytes of data over a short period of time to ensure a quick turnaround. The project was completed successfully and Inter Intra provided onsite support for the role out to the users to educate and introduce them the new setup. The site runs on a cloud terminal server hosted in AWS where over 30 staff log in everyday.

ACHA were seeking to save money on their monthly phone bill as well as gain additional functionality from their phone system.

Solution

Inter Intra provided a hosted 3CX phone system with Snom IP Handsets. The PABX system is capable of running queues,ring groups, voicemail to email and more. This allowed ACHA greater flexibility with their phone system. Inter Intra also managed the porting of all phone numbers to the VoIP service, allowing ACHA to make a significant monthly saving on their phone bill.

About the client

Kangaroo Island Pure Grain was established in 2009 with a mission to provide premium returns to Kangaroo Island grain growers, encourage existing farmers to increase their grain production and encourage others to enter the industry. The company receives, stores and classifies the majority of Kangaroo Island grain grown and sold into the domestic and key export markets, including Asia and Japan.KIPG represent a majority of grain growers on the Island, farming approximately 35,000 hectares of land.

Client requirements

KIPG wanted to be able to share contacts, calendars, files, tasks and other company data. They needed to ensure that the data was fully secure and backed up. They wanted to be able to access email and data across smartphones and tablets as well as have the ability to work from remote locations and their satellite offices. In addition, any infrastructure had to work with their accounting package and industry-specific database solution to ensure that all staff had maximum up-time to the applications.

Solution

Inter Intra provided a cloud based Microsoft Windows Server environment running file, print, email and collaborative sharing. This allowed KIPG to easily share their company resources while ensuring that their financial data was secure. Inter Intra managed the migration of the systems and data onto the cloud infrastructure ensuring that both systems worked together without conflict, significantly reducing system downtime during the project. Inter Intra also implemented high data backup and security standards on their systems to comply with highly sensitive data storage.
