The Challenge
Following structural changes involving Allianz and Pemba, Hunter Premium Funding required a complete IT separation and migration project. The goal was to establish an independent and secure technology environment that supported their operational footprint across Australia and New Zealand.
The Solution
Inter Intra worked in collaboration with Hunter Premium Funding, Allianz, and Pemba to successfully plan and execute a full environment transition. The key components of the project included:
- Procurement, configuration and distribution of new end-user and server hardware over Australia and New Zealand
- Fit out of multiple office locations
- Deployment of a new Microsoft 365 tenant tailored to Hunter’s requirements
- Migration of all users, mailboxes, and data into the new environment
- Cutover and go-live execution over a single weekend to minimise downtime
