The business has engaged InterIntra for a few months now. My interaction with Tony Brunton has always been fantastic, he went above and beyond by calling a software provider to get our license costs lower. He also took the time to call each employee to ensure their personal files are not lost when we did a project roll-out. We could have sent out intructions on how to back up our data but his suggestion meant more effort for him but it made sure that we were looked after.

Carl Roberts: Manager - Service DeskGPEx brought on Inter Intra at the start of the year as our Managed Services Provider. We were rolling out multiple IT projects and our IT team was running at full capacity. Inter Intra came on board and from the first day made a huge impact on all our services and staff.We were impressed by them at the interview and they have fulfilled all of their commitments made at the interview and much more.All the staff at Inter Intra are friendly, highly knowledgable, flexible and ultra professional in everything they do. Tickets raised to the helpdesk are dealt with swiftly and concluded to the customer satisfaction. They have been able to come onsite after hours, weekends and public holidays to either fix issues or work on existing IT projects.When we were short staffed, a technician came onsite for a few days and provided both expert IT assistance and a friendly face and manner.Its a shame I can only give them a 5 star rating as this does not do them justice for the amazing work they have done for GPEx.If you are searching for a MSP, please save your time interviewing other companies and just get Inter Intra on board, it will be the best decision you will ever make.

InterIntra would have to be one of the most premium IT Support providers I've had the pleasure of working alongside with. I've seen many come and go and after 7 years in my field you get to know who will stay the distance. Their communication with clients has always been prompt, technicians very supportive who go above and beyond and phone support on point.
