It connects all your business systems (finance, HR, CRM, email, documents) into one place, then lets us layer AI automation and dashboards on top. Instead of paying for a dozen separate tools that each hold a piece of your business, MARS brings it together into one system that's shaped around how you actually work, and that you own.

Is my business data stored in Australia?

Yes, 100% in Australia. Our main infrastructure is hosted in Melbourne with a backup in Sydney. Your data never travels through overseas servers, and we can confirm that in writing. Keeping Australian business data in Australia is a principle we won't compromise on, and it's baked into how MARS is designed.

What AI tools and platforms do you work with?

We're an AWS Partner and a Microsoft Partner. We build using Claude (from Anthropic), Microsoft's Copilot, and other leading AI models depending on what best fits the job. We don't lock you into one vendor. MARS is designed to use the right tool for each task. Every AI tool we build is custom to your business, locked down to what it needs access to, and has a full activity log.

How is security handled in MARS deployments?

Security is built into the framework from the start, not added afterwards. Each person only accesses what they're supposed to. Every AI interaction is logged and traceable. All data is encrypted and stored in Australia. We conduct independent security testing before anything launches, and annually after that. And because we're an internationally certified information security firm (ISO 27001), the security standards you get are the ones we apply to ourselves every day.

What does a MARS engagement typically cost?

Pricing depends on the shape of the engagement. Discovery work is typically fixed-fee and short. Build engagements are scoped against agreed milestones, with no mid-project budget surprises.
