We're an Australian team that pairs two decades of hands-on IT experience with practical, grounded AI. Not hype, not pilots that go nowhere. Data warehouses, AI agents, automation and leading AI platforms, all shaped around how your business actually runs. As an Anthropic partner and an ISO 27001 certified firm, we build AI you can trust with your data and your reputation.

The rest of the picture matters too. Managed IT, cyber security and consulting come from the same team, with one point of accountability. You deal with people you know by name, year after year, from a firm that answers the phone when you call.

Founded in 2006 with one idea.

InterIntra was founded in 2006 with one idea: that good IT shouldn't feel transactional. After years working with commercial clients at a national IT firm, I saw the same pattern over and over. Companies treated like ticket numbers, advice that quietly served the vendor's roadmap rather than the client's, and accountability that disappeared the moment a project shipped.

So I started InterIntra to do the opposite. Adelaide-based. Personally accountable. Honest enough to tell you what we wouldn't recommend and why.

Twenty years on, we're a team of 35+ certified specialists working with businesses across finance, healthcare, construction, education and manufacturing. But the brief hasn't changed. Technology that works, advice you can trust, and a partner who actually picks up the phone.

2006

Founded in Adelaide

InterIntra launches with a clear brief: give South Australian businesses IT support that actually moves their business forward, not just keeps the lights on.

2010

Cloud Transition Leadership

We were early to Microsoft cloud services, guiding clients through Office 365 migrations and cloud-first infrastructure planning before most of the market had caught up.

2020

ISO 27001 Certification

Achieved ISO 27001 certification, one of the first MSPs in Australia to do so, cementing our position as a security-first partner for regulated industries.

2021

Security & GRC Practice

Launched our dedicated Information Security and GRC practice in response to growing compliance demands across healthcare, finance, and enterprise clients.

2022

Technology Partner, North Adelaide Football Club

Became the official technology partner of North Adelaide Football Club, supporting the club's IT and infrastructure so their focus stays on football, not fault-finding.

2024

A Support Team Built Around You

We restructured how support works: every client now has a dedicated team who know their environment, their systems, and their business. When you call, you speak to someone who already knows you. And that made a measurable difference to how our clients feel about us.

2025

Launching AI Services for Customers

Delivered AI-powered data intelligence, automation, and decision intelligence capabilities directly to our managed service clients, helping South Australian businesses embrace AI safely and practically.

2026

Opening in Brisbane

Opened our second office, at Level 4, 260 Queen St in the Brisbane CBD. Same ownership, same certified management system, same financially backed SLA, now with people on the ground in Queensland as well as South Australia.
