We have an office at Level 4, 260 Queen St in the Brisbane CBD, and we attend client premises across the CBD and inner suburbs by arrangement for hardware, infrastructure, new offices and critical incidents. Day-to-day support, monitoring and help desk are delivered by our wider team, so they are never dependent on anyone being in the room.
On-site attendance covers the Brisbane CBD and inner suburbs by arrangement. Everything that does not need someone physically present, including help desk, 24/7 monitoring, Microsoft 365, cyber security and project work, we deliver across Queensland and nationally.
Help desk and remote response times are covered by our financial service level agreement: miss an agreed response time and you are automatically compensated, at 2% of your monthly fee per breach up to 25%. Those targets apply to Brisbane clients on the same terms as everywhere else. On-site attendance in Brisbane is scheduled by arrangement rather than against a fixed clock while we grow the local team.
