Do we need to migrate to a new tenant to work with you?

No. We take over management of your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. If a migration is needed, from on-premises Exchange, from another provider's tenant, or between licence tiers, we plan and execute that as a separate project. We don't require a clean-slate migration just to take on your account.

Can you help us reduce our Microsoft 365 licensing costs?

Usually, yes. Most organisations are over-licensed in some areas and under-licensed in others. We audit your actual usage against your current SKUs and recommend the right mix. Unused seats, duplicate licences and incorrectly assigned plans are common, and the savings often pay for a significant portion of your managed services engagement.

What does Microsoft 365 security hardening actually cover?

Microsoft's default settings are deliberately permissive, they're designed for ease of adoption, not security. Hardening covers enabling and tuning Conditional Access policies, enforcing MFA across all users, configuring Microsoft Defender for Microsoft 365, reviewing external sharing settings in SharePoint and Teams, setting up audit logging, and aligning your tenant to CIS or ASD Essential Eight baselines as appropriate.

What is the monthly Secure Score improvement service and is it included?

It's an ongoing managed service, not a one-off project. Each month we monitor the security recommendations Microsoft releases, implement up to five improvements in your environment, and send you a summary of what changed. This keeps your Secure Score moving upward over time rather than sitting static between annual reviews.

Will security changes disrupt our day-to-day operations?

Any change that could cause disruption is documented and discussed with you before it's deployed. Routine security improvements that pose no operational risk are applied on your behalf as part of the monthly cycle. Nothing surprising, ever.
