About our Client

InterIntra has partnered with the facility management provider, Downer to provide external auditing services to Sunshine Coast University Hospital. SCUH is a tertiary level teaching hospital providing service to the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions. It is co-located with the Sunshine Coast Health Institute and provides specialist services in medical, cancer, surgical, maternity, paediatric and mental health.

InterIntra partnered with Downer to conduct an independent annual ICT audit on behalf of Queensland Health. These audits aligned with ISO.IEC 27001:2022 and the ASD Essential Eight framework. Key focus areas within this engagement included:

Gap analysis and readiness assessment of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Review of policies, procedures, records and information controls
Evaluation of third-party vendor risk and service line security posture
Assessment of business continuity and disaster recovery practices
Evidence-based performance analysis of ICT service deliver
