Director

Brett founded InterIntra in 2006 with a clear vision: to deliver reliable, customer-focused IT solutions to businesses that value service as much as results. With more than two decades of experience in the IT industry, Brett’s passion for delivering exceptional client experiences continues to shape InterIntra’s reputation and guides the way the team engages with every client.
When he’s not at work, Brett enjoys fishing trips to the York Peninsula, where the fish almost always win.

Alex Macklin
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of InterIntra, Alex is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the business. With a clear vision and a collaborative approach, Alex works closely with every area of the organisation to ensure that goals, initiatives, and actions are fully aligned and purpose-driven.
Alex is passionate about creating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement—laying the foundation for sustained success for both the business and its customers.

Matt Payze
Head of Cyber Security

As Head of Cyber Security and Compliance at InterIntra, Matt’s focus is on delivering industry-best protection and governance solutions. A certified Lead ISO27001 Implementer, Matt brings a rigorous and structured approach to information security management. His leadership ensures that clients benefit from robust, compliant, and resilient cybersecurity frameworks tailored to their unique needs.
Matt is dedicated to staying ahead of emerging threats and continuously enhancing the security posture of both InterIntra and its clients.
When he’s not managing cyber security, Matt can be found at live gigs around Adelaide (in the crowd, not on stage!)

Lewis Hanlon
Head of Service

Lewis is the Head of Service at InterIntra, where he oversees the end-to-end delivery of service and project outcomes for our managed customers. With a sharp focus on quality and consistency, Lewis ensures that every customer engagement meets the highest standards of service excellence.
From managing day-to-day service operations to leading project delivery across our client base, Lewis plays a key role in ensuring that InteraIntra remains responsive, reliable, and results-driven. His commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency is at the core of everything we do.
Lewis brings a proactive and solutions-focused mindset to every challenge, making him a vital part of our leadership team.
Outside of work Lewis is a self-confessed outdoor/4WD nut.

Neil Bittles
Commercial Manager

With over a decade at InterIntra Neil brings deep experience and insight to his role as Commercial Manager. He plays a key role in supporting the sales and account management teams, providing expert guidance on commercial contracts and partnership strategies.
Neil is also responsible for the overall management of InterIntra’s accounting functions, ensuring financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. His strong commercial acumen and commitment to operational excellence make him a trusted partner across all areas of the business.
Outside of work, Neil can be found on the soccer pitch or the golf course.

Kate Haythorpe
Service Team Leader

As one of InterIntra’s dedicated Service Team Leaders, Kate plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients. She acts as a reliable escalation point, working closely with clients to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
Kate’s approachable style, combined with her commitment to service excellence makes her a trusted point of contact for our managed clients. She’s passionate about building lasting partnerships and keeping communication clear, open, and responsive.
Kate enjoys winding down with video games when she’s not at work– bringing the same focus and problem-solving skills to her virtual adventures as she does to her day-to-day role.

Felipe Alvim
Service Team Leader

Felipe is one of InterIntra’s experienced Service Team Leaders, dedicated to maintaining strong, positive relationships with our clients and making sure their experience always lives up to expectations.
With a focus on responsiveness and reliability, Felipe works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. His calm, customer-first approach helps build confidence and long-term trust.
When he’s not supporting our customers, Felipe enjoys staying active on the football field, bringing the same team spirit and determination to every match.

Krist Kakarriqi
Administration Manager

Krist manages the day-to-day accounting operations at InterIntra, ensuring financial processes are accurate, efficient and aligned with best practices. Beyond internal operations, Krist also provides support to customers, assisting with finance-related queries, invoicing, and account matters to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to service, Krist plays a vital role in maintaining both the financial health of the business and strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Krist is a Pilates enthusiast and loves long walks at the beach.
