A complete IT separation and the stand-up of an independent, enterprise grade environment following Hunter's transition out of the Allianz group into Pemba Capital ownership.
Following Pemba Capital's acquisition of Hunter Premium Funding from Allianz, Hunter needed to disentangle its entire IT environment from a global parent and operate as a standalone business. identity, infrastructure, endpoints, collaboration, security and everything in between.
This had to happen on a strict separation timeline, without interrupting the funding services Hunter provides to brokers and insureds across the country.
InterIntra partnered with Hunter's leadership to scope and deliver the separation end to end. We architected the new Microsoft 365 tenancy and identity model, built out the network and security stack, migrated data and workloads off Allianz systems, and transitioned user devices onto the new environment.
Cutover was staged to protect operational continuity, with hands-on support wrapped around each milestone. so Hunter's people could keep serving customers while the new environment came online underneath them.
Hunter Premium Funding now operates on a modern, independent IT platform that reflects its new shape as a Pemba backed business. The environment is secure, scalable and fully under Hunter's control. giving the executive team a clean foundation for the next phase of growth.
