4 weeks to 36 months and beyond

Our minimum engagement is four weeks, enough time to genuinely know your environment and your people. Our longest running placement has exceeded 36 months. Engagements are structured around your situation, not a fixed product shelf.

Placements work alongside our full Help Desk & Support service, some clients use both, with the placed engineer as their primary day-to-day contact and the broader helpdesk as overflow and after-hours cover.
