A clear path from where you are to where AI can take you.
Most AI projects fail not because the technology doesn't work, but because there's no clear plan connecting it to actual business outcomes. We help you figure out where AI genuinely adds value for your business, what to prioritise, and how to get there without wasted spend.
We've built our own AI platform (MARS) and we're an Anthropic and AWS partner. That means we see what works in practice, not just in pitch decks. We'll be straight with you about where the real opportunity is.
Back to AI & Data Intelligence →An AI strategy engagement isn't a research report. It's a practical plan with a business case, a prioritised roadmap, and clear ownership. You walk away knowing what to do next, in what order, and what it will cost.
We've built and deployed AI in production environments, including our own MARS platform. We advise from experience, not from a framework we read last quarter. And as an Anthropic and AWS partner, we have access to the technology and people that matter. We work with South Australian businesses across professional services, healthcare, defence and government.
Once your strategy is set, we can deliver on it, through automation and workflows, data and reporting, or custom AI platform development.
We work with your leadership team across three structured phases, each building on the last.
Discovery workshops with your leadership and operational teams. We map your processes, your data sources, your pain points and where time is being lost. No assumptions. We listen first.
We score each opportunity by impact, feasibility, data readiness and risk. You see a ranked list of AI use cases with honest assessments, including ones we recommend against pursuing.
A 12–24 month roadmap with sequencing, cost estimates, resource requirements and success metrics. Presented to your board or leadership team, ready to act on the day we hand it over.
Most businesses have more AI potential than they realise. The challenge is getting it out of people's heads, understanding where the most value is, and turning it into something you can actually act on. We built the InterIntra AI Strategy Hub to do exactly that: gather ideas from your team, automatically score them by impact and effort, and turn the results into an executive-ready briefing.
The AI Strategy Hub is available to InterIntra customers as part of our AI strategy service. Share the staff access code with your team, let them spend 10–15 minutes submitting ideas, and we'll walk through the matrix and executive briefing together in your next session.
A free self-paced tool. Your team submits ideas, we score them by impact and effort, and you get an executive-ready priority matrix.

That's exactly the question we start with. Most of our strategy engagements begin with a current-state assessment, understanding your operations, your data, your team capabilities and your business goals. From there we identify specific use cases where AI creates genuine, measurable value. If the honest answer is "not yet" or "not this use case", we'll tell you.
A focused AI strategy engagement typically runs four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of your business and how many areas you want to assess. We work with your leadership team over a series of workshops and interviews, then deliver a written strategy document and roadmap you can act on immediately.
A product like Copilot is one tool that solves one set of problems. An AI strategy looks at your entire business, the processes, the data, the people, the costs, and decides where investment will have the most impact. Sometimes that's Copilot. Sometimes it's a custom model, a workflow automation, or a better reporting layer. Strategy first means you buy the right thing, not just the thing being marketed at you right now.
Microsoft's Data Security Posture Management for AI gives visibility into how AI tools interact with your data. Why it matters before you deploy Copilot.
