Key Invest's IT footprint had grown faster than the business that relied on it. The organisation was running more physical and virtual servers than it had employees, creating operational complexity, rising on-premises risk, and a VDI solution that was holding staff back rather than helping them.

InterIntra developed a 12-month transformation roadmap. We decommissioned legacy on-premises services, migrated workloads to Microsoft Azure using SaaS, PaaS and IaaS models where each made sense, and modernised a core legacy application so it could be hosted natively in Azure.
We replaced the inefficient VDI solution with a superior alternative and established full disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. so the environment was not just modern, but resilient.
Key Invest now operates on a simplified, secure IT environment with no on-premises server footprint to maintain. Infrastructure risk has been substantially reduced, the day-to-day experience for staff is faster, and the move to cloud services means the business can keep evolving without hardware constraints.
