How it works: each week focuses on a different Copilot benefit you build into a daily habit, saving time being the first. Copy and paste prompt #1 into the Microsoft 365 app it's designed for and practise it throughout your day. The next day, move on to prompt #2, and so on.

The free trial runs for 30 days from the moment it's switched on. To keep the cohort in sync, and so your trial covers the full journey and every Friday check-in, wait until we tell you to activate it. We'll give you the go-ahead and walk you through it when your cohort starts.
Yes. The intro session ran for 20 minutes on Thursday 20 August 2026 and the recording is near the top of this page. It covers what the journey involves, how to prepare and whether your business qualifies for the free trial. Attending was never a condition of taking part, and sign-ups for the September cohort are open until Friday 28 August.
Nothing happens automatically and you won't be charged. When the trial period ends you simply lose access to the Copilot features until you decide whether to continue on a paid licence.
You can still join the Great Copilot Journey. If your tenant isn't eligible for Microsoft's free 30-day trial, you can instead sign up for the Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on licence directly, currently priced at $37.68 per user per month, and follow the same 30-day journey alongside everyone else. Each organisation can enrol up to 25 users in the Great Copilot Journey. If your team is bigger than that, sign up anyway and we'll help you prioritise who joins first and plan for future cohorts.
No. The Journey is built for people just getting started as much as for existing users. Each day's prompt is short and practical, so you can pick it up with zero prior experience.
Go at your own pace. It's not a big deal if you miss a day, or even a week, the prompts and guides stay available so you can jump back in whenever suits, and the Friday check-ins are there whenever you need a hand.
No. The Great Copilot Journey is open to any small or medium business, whether you're already a client or this is the first time you've worked with us.
Copilot works within your existing Microsoft 365 tenancy and respects your current permissions, and it doesn't use your business data to train Microsoft's models. If you'd like a permissions and data governance review before switching it on more broadly, that's something InterIntra can help with separately.
