Businesses in the defence supply chain carry the toughest security expectations in the country, from DISP membership to controlled technical data. We help South Australian defence suppliers meet them, and prove it to Defence and to the primes they supply.
Supplying into Defence, or into a prime that does, comes with security obligations most businesses never face. The bar is set by government, and it does not bend.
We bring managed IT, cyber security and compliance together under one ISO 27001 certified Adelaide team, so defence suppliers can win and keep the work without standing up a security function from scratch.
With our partner De Stefano & Co leading the advisory, policy and submission work, we implement and maintain the ICT controls DISP requires, so you get the whole program from one coordinated engagement. DISP alignment →
Multi-factor authentication, the ACSC Essential Eight and data classification with Microsoft Purview, applied with ISO 27001 discipline so controlled and sensitive information is handled the way Defence requires.
Documented controls, ongoing monitoring and the evidence Defence and your primes ask for, so a security review is something you walk into prepared, not something you scramble for.
“In defence, trust is the contract. We help suppliers earn it and keep it, with security that stands up to scrutiny.”
DISP membership has two halves: the advisory, policy and submission work, and the technical security controls underneath it. We partner with De Stefano & Co, who lead the advisory and compliance side, while we implement and maintain the ICT controls, Essential Eight hardening, access management, logging and monitoring, and evidence collection. Defence suppliers get both halves from one coordinated engagement, rather than juggling two vendors.
The Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) is the framework Defence uses to assure the security of the businesses it works with, across governance, personnel, physical and ICT security. If you supply to Defence or to a prime contractor, membership is increasingly expected, and often a condition of the work. We deliver it in partnership with De Stefano & Co: they lead the advisory and submission, we implement and maintain the technical controls. Our DISP alignment service covers the detail.
Yes. We help defence suppliers store, classify and control sensitive and export-controlled information in line with their obligations under the Defence Trade Controls Act and related regimes, using access controls, data classification and monitoring so the right people see the right data and nobody else does.
With evidence. We align you to the ACSC Essential Eight and apply ISO 27001 discipline as a certified organisation ourselves, then document the controls so that when Defence or a prime asks how you manage security, you have a clear, credible answer.
