Your network is the foundation everything else runs on. We monitor it continuously, manage the hardware, and respond before small problems become outages, backed by a financial SLA and documented to a standard your team can actually rely on.
Continuous monitoring means network faults, capacity issues and security events trigger alerts to our team around the clock. Most issues are resolved before a single end user is affected. When they can't be, you hear from us, not the other way around.
Back to IT Support overview →A poorly managed network is the most common source of IT problems that feel random but aren't. Dropped connections, slow WiFi, mystery outages, firewall rules nobody remembers creating, these are symptoms of a network that's being reacted to rather than managed. We fix that.
We hold partner status with Aruba Networks for enterprise switching and wireless, and Check Point for firewalls and network security, meaning direct access to vendor support, faster hardware replacement and current certification on the platforms we manage. We also work with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet and Ubiquiti across existing client environments.
Network management sits inside a full managed services engagement. The team monitoring your network are the same engineers who answer your helpdesk calls, so context is never lost between teams.
Managed network services isn't one thing, it's a set of overlapping responsibilities across every layer of your network stack.
Check Point, Fortinet and other enterprise firewalls managed end-to-end. Policy reviews, rule cleanup, firmware patching and real-time threat monitoring. No stale rules, no shadow access, no forgotten holes.
Aruba and enterprise switching configured and managed properly. VLANs, QoS, spanning tree, port security. Layer 3 routing and inter-VLAN traffic handled correctly, not cobbled together.
Aruba access points deployed, configured and managed centrally. Site surveys to eliminate dead zones. SSID management, band steering, client roaming and separate guest networks with proper isolation.
Every network device monitored continuously, uptime, performance, utilisation and security events. Alerts are investigated by engineers, not just acknowledged and closed. Problems get fixed, not logged.
Current topology diagrams, device inventories, IP addressing, VLAN maps and configuration backups, maintained, not left to rot in a folder from 2019. When something breaks, recovery starts with accurate records.
Hardware end-of-life tracked and planned for, not discovered when a device fails. Bandwidth usage reviewed quarterly. Growth and new site requirements scoped in advance so you're never caught short.
“A network that's genuinely managed doesn't have mystery outages. It has documentation, change control, and an engineer who already knows the topology when something goes wrong.”

Continuous monitoring of your switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points. Proactive alerting and incident response, we investigate alerts before they become outages. Configuration management, firmware patching, capacity planning and full network documentation. WiFi design and management, firewall policy review and change control, and regular network health reporting. Everything runs under the same financial SLA as our broader managed services engagement.
We're an Aruba Networks partner for switching and wireless, and a Check Point partner for firewalls and network security. We also work with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti and most mainstream enterprise networking brands. We recommend based on what suits your environment and budget, not on which vendor has the best rebate programme.
All changes go through a documented change control process, no ad-hoc firewall rule changes made and forgotten. Requests are logged, reviewed, scheduled and tested. We maintain current configuration backups for every device so recovery from a misconfiguration or hardware failure is fast.
Yes. We start with a network audit, documenting your current topology, device inventory, firmware versions and any known issues. From there we onboard your equipment into our monitoring and management platform and establish a baseline. If hardware is end-of-life or approaching it, we'll flag that and include it in lifecycle planning, but we'll manage what you have in the meantime.
Our monitoring detects outages and degraded performance automatically, often before your staff notice. For critical network failures, we respond under the same P1/P2 SLA as any other outage: 1-hour response for a full outage, 2 hours for major degradation. We investigate remotely first, and dispatch on-site if the issue requires physical access to the hardware.
30 minutes, free, no commitment. We'll talk through your current setup and what properly managed network services would look like for your business.
